A N I M A L

by Gilda Davidian

Dear friends, I present to you Bug Bytes, a library of bug sounds unlike any you’ve heard before.

From the website: The sounds of crickets courting and flies flying familiar to many of us, but have you heard a rice weevil larva eating inside a wheat kernel, a termite cutting a piece of wood, or a grub chewing on a root?

Some of my favorites include the calling song of the Cotesia marginiventris and the Aedes albopictus, also known as the Asian tiger mosquito. Click HERE to discover a whole new world of sound.
